Nicholas Belton FCCA, MA (Hons)

is the Managing Director and joined the practice in 1997. Nick holds a Practising Certificate, and is a Fellow, of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Nick works closely with new clients, including personal tax cases, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies and identifies the particular needs of each client.

His main role is the preparation of Accounts, the production of Tax Returns and liaison with the client regarding compliance matters and general business advice.

Nicolette Anscombe FCCA

is an Accountant and Business Advisor and joined the practice in May 2010. 

Nicolette has been a Certified Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) since 1993, is a Fellow, and holds a Practising Certificate with that professional body.

Nicolette brings to Beltons a wealth of experience in both public practice and commercial roles.

In addition to providing businesses and personal clients with traditional accounting and tax services - such as the preparation of Accounts and Tax Returns - Nicolette will pro-actively work closely with you in order to help your business become more successful and ultimately more profitable.

Sally Tomlinson MAAT

is the Payroll and Company Compliance Manager and joined Beltons in October 2008.

Sally has been a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) since 1994 and has extensive experience of Payroll and Bookkeeping.

Sally handles all Payroll matters and manages compliance for Beltons list of Limited Companies.

Sally also deals with the preparation of accounts to trial balance and is available to provide bookkeeping services to our clients.

Holly Pipe

Is the Bookkeeper and Accounts Assistant and joined Beltons in January 2011.  Holly has two and a half years experience in a similar role within public practice and is in her final year of her AAT studies (Association of Accounting Technicians).

Holly will be responsible for the preparation of accounts to trial balance and will be available to provide bookkeeping services to our clients. 

 Holly can also assist clients to set up a system with which to keep their own financial records. 

Julie Belton Assoc CIPD

is the Office and Human Resources Manager and joined the practice in September 2006. She is responsible for all office administration, credit control and Human Resources.

Julie is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and brings with her a great deal of experience in the field of human resources, recruitment and staff management.

Julie can provide HR services and advice for existing Beltons clients from recruitment and writing contracts to managing employee absence.

Julie holds the OCR Certificate in Book keeping and the OCR Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.
